Good customer service

Very helpful staff who speak in plain English. Also, cost of the insurance is competitive, some of the add-ons you pay elsewhere are included in the insurance. UK based call centre, easy to get through & wait was not long at all - if long wait call-back is offered & this works v well. Reviewed on: 29th August 2023

First class customer service and value for money insurance and recovery cover

We bought our motorhome in 2017 and I did some homework on insurance providers. I have not been disappointed. Queries dealt with professionally; quotes have remained competitive with no change when we upgraded this year. In addition, Comfort keep us informed of current developments.
