Croydon Plus Credit Union was a lifesaver! The application process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that they looked at my actual finances instead of just my credit score. Interest is affordable. The staff kept me updated throughout and were quick to respond to questions. I am really grateful for being a member of Croydon Plus Credit Union. Croydon Credit Union truly supported me during a difficult time. The process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly. They also assisted me in saving, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity they provided, especially after being turned down by many other lenders. As a single mother of two I was in a real pickle as I had taken pay day loans to cover holiday club costs for my children when I started my first part time job, I was at my wits end as I was really struggling then I saw the family saver offer which was brilliant it did not matter that my credit score was rubbish that loan helped me make ends meet when I really felt at my lowest, the family saver loan built up a little pot which I could access after my loan was payed off so my children had a great Christmas.
