Meghan recognised I was dissatisfied and offered to raise a complaint. I found her very polite and calm. She also recognised exceptional circumstances and spoe to the manager to resolve the issues. Great customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024

On Friday 1st November I tried to phone regarding an account that had matured. I found the call irritating simply because the message telling me I would be connected asap came on every 15 seconds. After waiting 20 minutes I had heard it 80 times! I gave up. Reviewed on: 29th November 2024
