Our Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer became faulty, so I phoned the repair line to ask for a repair. My options were clearly explained to me by the friendly assistant who promptly arranged a next day repair. No stress, no drama, just good old fashioned customer service, thank you. Reviewed on: 24th September 2024

Domestic and general are number 1 for me.

I like domestic and general because they are good with the speed of the engineer and will swap like for like. I have used them for years on all my appliances,and they are not too expensive. Always had good customer service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Great Product and Service

I took insurance out with Domestic and General when I bought a treadmill from Argos during Covid. This year the touch screen stopped working altogether contacted them. They sent out a new screen and arranged for an engineer to fit it. When he came he identified another problem with the wiring that meant that the new screen broke whilst he was fitting it. He ordered another screen and relevant parts and came back a couple of weeks later to fit them. It was as good as new. Great product and service Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

They are affordable

They are affordable, they actually answer the phone and do not have long waiting time but you can also book a repairs via their online portal and if they can’t fix the problem they will replace. Reviewed on: 4th May 2024
