Avoid Domestic and General – Complete Scam! I had a terrible experience with Domestic and General when my boiler broke down in the middle of winter, leaving me with no heating or hot water while temperatures outside were below zero. After their engineers assessed the issue, they deemed the boiler beyond repair and said I needed a replacement.
