Good easy access account.

I have an instant-access savings account with the Dudley BS which I operate online. I've had no problems with it and it gives a good rate of interest. I don't live in the area of the Dudley BS's branches, so I've no face-to-face experience. However, I had a query which I resolved by phone. The advisor was well-mannered and helpful. We now live in a modern age.

I need to perform a simple task of updating my address details. In a world where we have numerous communication methods I would have thought we would have moved on from being told to write a letter, put a stamp on it and pop it in the post. A needless expense and inconvenience. Easier to close the account. Reviewed on: 9th March 2025

Dudley Building Society offers local, friendly, high rate savings for me and my business. The staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable and professional but relaxed and approachable.
