My Milestone savings account

I have recently opened a My Milestone savings account, which offers a competitive (6% aer variable) interest rate on monthly deposits of up to £500, i.e. £6000 over a 12-month term, more than most other regular saver accounts. I opened it by post. I had occasion to telephone a Mansfield agent about the process of opening the account. The agent answered all my questions professionally and in a friendly manner, and the account opening process has proceeded exactly as she advised. I look forward to adding to my account over the 12-month term, and to remaining a customer. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Good easy access account.

I have an instant-access savings account with the Dudley BS which I operate online. I've had no problems with it and it gives a good rate of interest. I don't live in the area of the Dudley BS's branches, so I've no face-to-face experience. However, I had a query which I resolved by phone. The advisor was well-mannered and helpful. Zopa are up for the challenge!

Excellent, imaginative idea to offer nearly market-leading regular saver linked to current account. The current account is apparently still in development, but so far it has worked perfectly well for me. On the one occasion I had a problem I found the customer service team understanding and responsive. So Zopa deserve support as a challenger to the establishment! Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
