Postal accounts very slow.

Postal accounts very slow to obtain a response. Sent written request and completed form for new account opening, plus transfer and account closure, but over 2 weeks later I received forms to fill to supply the exact same information before the request could be processed. Rather bureaucratic and no ability to quicken the process through on-line comms. Reviewed on: 21st July 2026

Excellent service.

I use the local branch for my personal account and also for a local charity account. The staff are always friendly and helpful; they cannot do enough for you. i would strongly recommend the Dudley Building Society. Reviewed on: 11th July 2026

Contact with staff in branch and by telephone has always been civil, professional and helpful. There always appears to be a desire to genuinely offer accurate answers to a range of questions in an efficient manner. No long waiting time for a phone call to be answered, this is appreciated.
