We needed to open Trust accounts and you are one of the few building societies and banks to offer these. The forms were easy to fill in. Chelsea was calm and efficient in her dealings with us. We had letters in the post the day after our appointment confirming that the 2 accounts were open. The passbooks arrived once the monies had transferred. Excellent service. Service was excellent from a polite friendly knowledgable member of you staff. She led us through the process of openning the accounts we needed and followed up witht he promised action in a very timely manner. Hard to find any fault at all witht the service. Reviewed on: 18th September 2026
