Excellent Postal Savings Service

My wife has postal accounts with the Dudley and I help her with the admin. The service we get from the Dudley is consistently excellent. In particular, the turnround / response times when opening accounts and/or depositing funds is absolutely first class. Everything gets dealt with as soon as the Dudley receives whatever we've sent and documents (e.g. updated passbooks) are returned equally promptly - always with an easy to follow covering letter. In our fairly broad experience of postal savings, no-one does it better than the Dudley. We're impressed and grateful for the service. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful branch staff

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful branch staff, talked me through the various products on offer and assisted me during the process to set up accounts. The team made me feel at ease. Recommend for savings

Have several savings accounts from Dudley. Very impressed with the customer service. Have been to several branches and always sorted things. Would be good if they could take the initial payment into an account when opening it but it seems that's a head office rule. The staff were able to provide a workaround. Online service is available.
