Ethical, and so Supportive !

I love saving with a building society that does specific, practical things for the environment, and for housing (both so badly needed). Ethical - no investments in bombs or fossil fuels! The people who work for it are lovely! When I ring up to ask questions, I always get patient, friendly help and clear answers. Sure, the interest rate offered is modest - but this is outweighed by the peace of mind Ecology Building Society offers its customers. Reviewed on: 10th November 2024

My Earthwise Cash ISA has quite a good interest rate . Also when I ring up with an enquiry I am always treated with the utmost respect and patience for which I am really grateful. Great services and great customer experience

I've been with Ecology for quite a few years and I always come away from any dealings with them feeling positive - which is more than I can say for other financial institutions. I've always had the impression that they really care about their customers, and the quality and efficiency of their service, as well as prioritising people and planet with the way they operate. Ethical and efficient

I have been saving with the EBS since 2003. For all of that time I have had their Eco-60 savings account and in the past I have also invested in their Earthsaver Bond. Over the years I have paid in and withdrawn from my account and all transactions have been done efficiently. I have also attended some AGMs which are informative and enjoyable.
