Environmentally Beneficial Saving

I've had several different accounts as a saver with EBS over a 20 year period during which I've been extremely satisfied with all the service. I have on occasion shopped around to see if my money would be better invested elsewhere and each time I have decided EBS is still the best provider for my needs. This is partly due to giving favourable interest rates compared with other lenders but also due to EBS playing an important role in bringing about environmentally beneficial changes in housing construction and renovation. It's important to me as an investor to know that my investments are being used to build homes that are sustainable, require less energy to heat and minimize the use of toxic substances. EBS keeps its members regularly informed about projects the society is investing in. There isn't any other bank or building society, that I'm aware of, that provides this ''ecological saving service''. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Ethical. Leading by example

This building society is approachable. I have attended the AGM's in person a number of times. A good rate of interest offered and rarely changes. I know my money is being used ethically for practical ecologically projects. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

My Earthwise Cash ISA has quite a good interest rate . Also when I ring up with an enquiry I am always treated with the utmost respect and patience for which I am really grateful.
