I have both personal savings and the housing cooperatives I am involved with have been understood and supported with mortgages by ecology building society. We appreciate them taking the time to understand cooperative ownership as so many other large lenders do not understand cooperatives and ndo not provide suitable suitable options. The phones are answered promptly and money can be moved with minimum fuss. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I hope they stay ethical, personal and small.
