I find the website tricky to use. I needed an IBAN number recently and it was hard to find. Also trying to look at transactions older than a month ago is difficult. Reviewed on: 4th February 2017

I moved to First Direct via their website. I didn't need to visit a branch. They changed my account over using the 7-day-switchover and everything went smoothly. I love how I telephone and I get through to an actual person. No pressing numbers for different departments and no foreign call centres or getting disconnected.
