Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I have had my main current account with FD for many years and although other banks may offer different/better rewards from time to time, I wouldn’t dream of switching this account. I have rung them at all hours of the day and night over the years and they answer quickly, are always friendly, understand my question straight away and provide a swift answer or fix. Best bank by a country mile

If I ever need to ring for everyday banking, which is rarely because the app is so easy to use, they answer the phone immediately and sort my query promptly I have also rang customer relations dept to praise thd way their team work They were also excellent in every way Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
