Best Current Account I've Ever Had

I love this account and bank. They're so easy to contact on the phone- no pressing number options or queues. The online banking and app are great and user friendly. The overdraft is a bargain. The bonus on sign up is brilliant too. I have stayed with them for a few years now and have no intention of leaving. I have found my forever bank! Reviewed on: 15th November 2016

On the whole I am very impressed with First Direct. They have been very helpful and always on the end of the phone if needed with call centres in the UK. I have never had to wait long in a queue and they have all been extremely polite. Although the website and mobile app aren't as intuitive as my last bank was it's easy enough to navigate and everything you need is there, albeit not as immediately visible as I would like.
