The best bank I have ever used

If I need to call First Direct, I very rarely have to wait more than a few seconds for an answer and the person who answers can usually deal with my request. If they don't have the information I need, they quickly pass me on to someone who can and they also make notes and pass on the details so that I don't have to repeat the request.
