Excellent banking app, easy to use and makes you aware when upcoming payments will be made or payments have been received. This makes it easier to manage my finances. The rewards for paying money into the account and earning interest when spending are added bonuses. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Excellent customer service.

Cannot fault first direct for their superb customer service. When you call, you are straight through to someone in a UK call centre that is able to help. The security verification process is quick and easy, with no automated options. Reviewed on: 20th November 2018
