The best way to buy online

The app is seamlessly simple, clear and gives me confidence when paying for things online and don't want to put my card details out there. I make very good use of the Pay in 3 function as it allows me to budget for things I can't necessarily stretch to when I need them. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026

Secure, easy, convenient

First class service

First and foremost, I love that there are no auto messages to plough through when calling this bank. You get through to a person straightaway, an English speaking one in this country as well. They listen, they give advice, they act. Job done. Friendly, helpful, never pushy, always efficient. Secondly, I love this bank's online service. I can do almost everything online, all the usual services plus so much more. I love being able to let them know when I'm going abroad especially. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
