First Direct always go that one step extra with their customer service. I have never had a bad experience in the many years I have been banking with them. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016

No problems

First Direct accounts give no headaches. They are simple and straightforward and you can contact them 24/7. They are on the ball when it comes to fraud and will call if they see suspicious activity in the account. I give them 10 out of 10. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2016

RELIABLE
