Customer service is great but for an online bank it's very slow

It takes days before transactions appear on my account or before my balance is updated. I mean days - like sometimes 4-5 days. This is crazy. I have started using a charge card Monzo for real time updates because it's impossible to keep on top of my spending otherwise. Also bizzarly annoying text messages every Wednesday morning to let you know what you spent. Thanks first direct but that was from over a week ago. So slow. Anytime i contact them, the customer service team are very nice. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Difficult, not very flexible. No contactless

Ridiculous charges to send money abroad. And so difficult to do. No contactless on bank card unles you upgrade account and pay Reviewed on: 8th November 2017
