Accessible, efficient, responsive

I have had my current account with First Direct for over ten years now and have never had any issues or problems with the administration of it or in accessing customer services. It’s a 24 hour a day, 365 days a year operation that is efficient and responsive. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Great customer support

Always on hand to help over the phone. Reliable app. Just feels a little behind in offering the best easy access rates and smart banking features. Long term customer
