easy to use

i find their online banking very easy to use and means in dont have to contact them very often Reviewed on: 27th April 2020

Regular saver is great

I specifically opened the account for the 7% regular saver which I’m happy to have during the cost of living crisis. The account seems ok although I wish the app had push notifications for when money comes in/leaves the account as I find I have to check it a lot to see what my balance is. It’s a shame that you also can’t put notes on it like on Monzo to remind you what a purchase was. There is a tag function but it isn’t much help. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
