Superb service since account opened over 25 years ago

We have never had any issues with First Direct. Call centre open all hours and year round with English speakers, so no misunderstandings in translation. We've ordered cash collections with ease when we've needed larger amounts of cash for home projects. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Excellent. Easy to use online banking, supported by friendly, efficient 24/7 phone banking. I have been with First direct for years and have never had a less than 1st rate experience.
