I have been with first direct for years

A truly easy and effective banking experience

Customer for more than 20 years and would never switch

I've been a customer of First Direct for over 20 years and have never switched to another bank (for an incentive) because the service is so good. It's easy to bank online, by phone or on the app. I also have power of attorney on a family members account and setting that up and managing their money could no be easier.
