HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GADGET-COVER.COM

I'm insured with gadget-cover.com. NEVER USE GADGET COVER INSURANCE I made a claim for the lost device. Within the next 24 hours I provided all the required documentation. The claim was accepted and I've been told that within 5 working days I'm gonna receive a replacement gadget. I waited 2 weeks. Nothing. I sent an email. Nothing. Another email. Nothing. I called customer service. I was 2nd n the queue and I waited over 30 minutes. The customer service said that they don't deal with it and they will send a request to the stock team. I waited another 2 days. Nothing. I called again aind was 3rd in the queue. Waited 43 minutes. Customer service told me exactly the same, that they will send a request to the stock team. I said I wanna make a complain. I've been told that the manager is busy and will call me back within 24 hours. As you can predict, nobody called me. I'm still trying to get a replacement gadget. Very disappointed. I have a 12 months contract with them. Hopefully I can end it earlier and insure my mobile somewhere else. Good value, no fuss insurance

Easy to do online, and prices very competitive. . No idea what things might be like unless I need to make a claim. Only criticism of website is that although I have insured two phones, the value spem for one was easy higher than the app price, and the other was lower as it was not possible to select the exact model (my other phone was the 2016 A5 model, which wasn't listed even though it had the same name). We have peace of mind for a small sum. We've never damaged any of our phones in the past, but modern phones appear to be more prone to breakage and are so expensive that it is now worth this safety net Reviewed on: 27th October 2016

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!

Made a claim in middle of August for my phone after waiting a month and constantly having to call customer services I finally received a replacement phone which didn't work! After sending this back in I have still not recieved a replacement despite it being almost 3 months since making the claim. The customer service has being incredibly slow and unhelpful throughout making this an incredibly frustrating process. Reviewed on: 27th October 2016

Customer Focussed, Friendly and Quick to Replace Broken Phone

After breaking the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone I called to make a claim. Very polite on the phone. Sent my phone off, once my claim was accepted and I had provided all the information they needed a replacement phone was sent to me within a week of them receiving my damaged phone. Great all round insurance

I took out this insurance after having a bad experience with another company! Explained simply and easy to understand the terms and conditions an open and honest insurance company which is exactly what I wanted with no hidden terms. Reviewed on: 27th October 2016

Great value for money
