They took almost 2 months to repair my phone. They intentionally prolonged the whole process. They would ask information 1 by 1 each time and would take 2 to 3 days to respond to an email. They would not attend a call. They didn't ask for all the information at once so the process could be quicker. Very unprofessional. Unnecessarily prolonged the whole process.

Fulfills all my day to day banking needs. Metro Bank also has longer working hours and opens on Sunday, that's a great convenience.
