Customer Focussed, Friendly and Quick to Replace Broken Phone

After breaking the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone I called to make a claim. Very polite on the phone. Sent my phone off, once my claim was accepted and I had provided all the information they needed a replacement phone was sent to me within a week of them receiving my damaged phone.
