Trustworthy and professional

After awful banking experiences with a previous provider I switched to Halifax and have never looked back. Everything I need all in one place and easy to access securely. Awful customer service

I have been a customer of Halifax for 10 years now. This week my daughter was rushed to hospital and I had to make purchases of food, taxi, and essential items from the hospital. After a couple of transactions Halifax blocked my and my wife’s access to the account with no explanation, which made a stressful situation even more stressful.
