£5 pm for this a/c Only they do not pay it. Try phoning, its from one dept to another, same questions same "can you hold on a moment". It's like fighting to get out of a maze at night wearing a blindfold. Couldn't waste any more time . Reviewed on: 10th August 2023

Decent current account that pays £5 a month

We've banked with Halifax for many years, and have had a reward current account for quite some time. Provided you pay in £1,500 a month and spend £500 on a debit card, whilst remaining in credit every day, you get a choice of reward. I chose the £5 a month as it comes in handy and goes some way towards the ever increasing bills. Never had any problems and I just bank with the app which is super easy to use.
