I recently got pickpocketed for my mobile.

I recently got pickpocketed for my mobile. The insurance offered with reward current account was insufficient. Replace for the same refurbished phone or a different type if they don't have that type. And it could take time to organise re: needing the IMEI which was gone with the stolen phone, tricky to get and give. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Reward Current Account - useless reward tracker

The Reward Current Account pays a £5 a month reward for (amongst other requirements) make £500 of debit card payments each month, which is pretty decent. The app has a reward tracker so that you can keep track of progress. Except the tracker is absolutely useless. It is not updated in real time, or anything like it. Right now, on 1 May, it is showing progress only up to 21 April. The only option is to go through the tedious process of totting up the payments manually. It's been this way for months, if not years. Great for everything
