90 day cash isa

Had to go into 2 branch H/R society to process my isa. due to not having my national insurance number on the system, my local branch, then asked me all the details again, it wasn't a 5minute job, they do seem to have staff that are not to sure of the procedures ie, training younger people Reviewed on: 31st October 2023

Staff in the Lutterworth branch are always exceptionally polite and helpful. My late Mum was always well looked after by the cashiers and because of this I have opened an account at the branch. Went in to Hinckley & Rugby Building Society to sort out my husbands savings account. I was able to take the necessary forms home for him to complete. The whole process was really easy and it was so nice to be able to complete it over the counter without waiting several weeks for an appointment. The lady who dealt with it was very helpful. Went in the Lutterworth branch to enquire about opening fixed rate bonds and I was given all the information in a helpful and professional way and came away with the relevant leaflets and forms. An appointment was also made for me to ask further questions and discuss the bonds.
