New Savings Account

Staff I spoke to on the telephone were very helpful, polite and professional, everything was dealt with within 3 days, including sending back ID and receiving my passbook for my new savings account. Reviewed on: 18th October 2019

Great customer service

Regular Saver Account

Went to branch to change my account. Spoke to Marie who was very helpful as always. She spoke to her colleague as to what my best options would be and they both advised me as to the best new account to open. Always found the staff at South Wigston approachable and helpful!! Fixed rate bond

I searched the Internet and found they were offering a Very good rate. I also found a local branch in Coalville. The gentleman we saw explained everything we needed to know very well and we were done in 30 minutes. (Sorry forgotten his name) Would recommend this branch Allan Reviewed on: 10th October 2019
