Account opening welcome document requires £15

I recently opened a business account with HSBC kinetic. I could see my account number and sort code on the mobile application, but there is no PDF document or welcome pack showing my account details. Since the account was just opened, there was no statement available. I wanted the account details in a document format so that it could be uploaded to my payment partner website. When I chatted with the customer care, I was told there is no document available as kinetic is mobile banking only and asked me for £15 to confirm my bank account details. Enjoyable experience

I have recently launched my own business for the first time, and I was nervous about various elements. The easy-to-use/understand HSBC Kinetic account has made a lot of that nervousness evaporate. The app is clean and crisp and I always feel on top of my finances. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

HSBC KINETIC THE BEST BUSINESS ACCOUNT

I enjoy HSBC Kinetic from the first day . I use to have many accounts for my business, but in the end i chosed to remain just with HSBC kinetic, is the best business account in all UK Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Good account and easy to use

Happy with the account thus far and have been fairly responsive to any queries that I've raised. My only real quibble is that it wasn't that easy to link to my accounting software, but did manage to get this working eventually. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023
