Great business bank account.

Easy initial set up. Nearly everything can be done on the app. Easy to make one off or regular payments. Able to get notifications of money in and out of your account. Universal Business Advisers in branches to assist with changes and get advice. Great service! Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

The app is great

The HSBC Kinetic app is great. It does everything you need it to and is intuitive and simple to use. Deducted one star, since the browser-based version is pretty useless and has hardly any of the functionality of the app, but I don't need to use it that much, so it's not a major issue. A simple account for simple businesses

HSBC set the account up very quickly and were extremely helpful in facilitating this process and I would recommend the account to others on this experience alone. I have operated the account for a year for a simple company and it does everything I need of it perfectly, quickly and efficiently.
