Been with Santander for years

I've been a Santander customer for over 30 years (it was Abbey National then) and have never had a problem with them. Their online and app services are excellent, and branch staff are always helpful and attentive. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

The app is great

The HSBC Kinetic app is great. It does everything you need it to and is intuitive and simple to use. Deducted one star, since the browser-based version is pretty useless and has hardly any of the functionality of the app, but I don't need to use it that much, so it's not a major issue.
