Simple online business banking

Easy to use but serves no benefits

In the initial stages this was an easy to set up account and app. However it was plagued by glitches early on and resulted in me not being able to access my money on numerous occasions. It is now fairly reliable but does not come at a competitive cost - other banks such as Virgin and Monzo have free business banking accounts, and their paid for versions offer better value for money as they have useful additional features - software, payroll, tax returns. The kinetic has none of this and charges you for it. I will be swapping. Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Reply from HSBC Kinetic Hi, our app availability is 100% and on the rare need for planned maintenance we always advise customers in advance, ensuring that downtime is kept minimal and outside of business hours to avoid disruption. HSBC Kinetic has many useful features and tools that other apps do not offer and our team are always looking at new services so we'll ask for them to look into payroll and tax returns. Fast, efficient, a headache free process

I found HSBC Kinetic account opening to be straight forward and stress free . As a new business owner it’s stressful and daunting starting out but this was easy and straight forward . I would recommend to anyone starting a business . Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

Supportive

It can be a daunting to open a new business. The risk can be weighing on you and the admin can be overwhelming. What you want is things like bank account set up should be quick and simple. I first tried to with a different bank who made the set up a very long and complex process. I gave up and applied with HSBC Kinetic and it was just simple, quick and easy. Business account
