easy to apply and manage

Bought a loan from HSBC. easy to apply online, and very easy to make payments and manage online or on the app. Fair interest and decent support in the difficult times currently being experienced. Could be a little bit cheaper on the interest rate, and it can take a long time to get through to an advisor if you want to call in. generally though an excellent service and i would recommend Reviewed on: 28th April 2020

Expired Are you serious?

I applied for a loan . I did everything that was expected of me including extra PAY STUBS and bank statements. Now they just sent an email saying the loan application expired. I would have to reapply. How stupid is that. Never will have anything to do with hsbc ever again. Terrible Terrible service!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 9th January 2020

HSBC is running SCAM through Person Loan

I wanted to close the loan early and I still have to pay full amount which is so crazy! There is no Customer Protection for this and they simply said it was mentioned in T&C and doesn't help much. I would strictly against this SCAM run by HSBC bank. Must stay away. I would be looking for some help on this. Reviewed on: 24th November 2019
