HSBC deceiving!!!!! Watch out

Not worth rating!!! I applied online for a loan and all the information provided online was totally misleading. I contacted HSBC and the figures provided were nowhere near to the online figures. I have always been a good loyal customer with a good credit history with HSBC and never in my entire life had any financial issues which has led to late payments, overdrafts ect. First time i have requested a loan from Hsbc and very disappointed with the service. Better off going else where where youll get better rates. Reviewed on: 11th June 2019

Quick and efficient

Should never have given me one

I was off sick from work. They never even asked me my current income or circumstances. I have no idea what the loan terms were but I was unable to keep up the repayments of that and a credit card they had already given me> Had to convert it to a money management loan to pay back £150 a month whilst on benefits for about 6 years Reviewed on: 15th April 2019

Easy to arrange

I had decided to buy a car but found dealer finance a real rip off. So I rang my bank, HSBC, and within minutes I got an incredible deal and now have a great car with affordable monthly repayments! Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

Extremely Fast and Cheap

Received lowest interest of 3.3%. Money was in my bank account instantly (!). I've done this before with HSBC before and actually paid off my loan early with a cash lump sum and the service was fantastic and easy. My credit rating is about 990 or so out of 999 and income is high. Reviewed on: 19th May 2018
