Review of the HSBC, Personal Loan:

Not competitive or helpful

Applied for personal loan to consolidate others to make it more affordable and securing the debt in one place but HSBC didn’t want to hear or care about this. I was rejected but the screen said call and they will re consider. Wasted my time as they refused to reconsider and didn’t even listen to the reasons why. Raised a complaint nothing changed the response was we will update that screen as and when. They were not interested in me as a customer in need. I then got an email about 2 weeks later advertising for me to apply for a personal loan. Bit of a joke really! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
