Good service for those with pre-existing conditions

Very easy to take out a policy if you have preexisting medical conditions. The questions are very comprehensive and you're clear what you've declared. It's not easy to find insurance when you have some medical conditions but with Just Travel Cover it has been easy to find a policy each time I've needed one. I called up the first time to check something but since I've managed to use the online system. I've never needed to claim. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 16th July 2023

Great service, helpful operatives and above all good cover for a reasonable price.

I found the website very user friendly, making it simple to decide the level of cover I wanted. When I called the operative was very helpful and ensured I got what I needed. I spoke to several Travel Agents who deal with insuring clients with medical issues. I found that the premium of Just Travel was lower than the other companies. The agent was very patient, polite, and I felt valued as a potential client. Delighted that I did not have to make a claim, so cannot comment on this issues. I read the very long Policy, which was sent to me by post. Just Travel did not charge me for this service. Reviewed on: 16th July 2023

I have used Just Travel Cover now for many years, as it's always easy to get a great quote from the very helpful and polite staff.
