Competitive Premium Cost

I found the customer agent was extremely polite, patient, and helpful. During the conversation I felt valued , and that my needs were understood. Owing to my health and age, insurance costs are exceptionally high. I compared several Travel Insurance Companies, and Just Travel's premium was reasonable, and the excellent policy covered my needs. I spoke to several Travel Agents who deal with insuring clients with medical issues. I found that the premium of Just Travel was lower than the other companies. The agent was very patient, polite, and I felt valued as a potential client. Delighted that I did not have to make a claim, so cannot comment on this issues. I read the very long Policy, which was sent to me by post. Just Travel did not charge me for this service. Reviewed on: 16th July 2023
