Klarna is a life saver at times with its instalment payment and buy now pay later 30 days process, The amount of times I did holiday shopping last minute and didn't have to pay straight as I did allot of returns and it updates the app so all you need to do is pay for the products your happy with and don't have to pay for the returns Reviewed on: 13th June 2024

handy for an indecisive shopper on a budget

Klarna is so handy when I am in need to online shop but I am unsure of which product I’d like to choose or whether I will like them once they arrive - it helps so I can ‘try before I buy’ by seeing if the product meets my needs and expectations before having to spend lots of money and can return it without having to wait for a refund before ordering more alternatives Reviewed on: 30th May 2024

Affordable with Klarna

Klarna has made things so much more affordable to me. Those slightly larger purchases such as trainers for my boys...whom have expensive taste... or that slightly more expensive Birthday present purchase.... klarna allows you to pay in 3 easy manageable interest free payments so your not penalised with any high interest rates and have the same option as someone paying for their purchase in full. Or I have the option to buy now and pay in full 30 days later...which ive used on several occasions....I can also use klarna to pay in store and not just online by using QR code on the app.. something I've yet to experience....but I'm sure I will use sometime in the future... Had issues with customer service regarding items tha...

Had issues with customer service regarding items that were returned but I was still charged for via pay in 30 days. When speaking to customer service I found myself at a dead end as they would charge me and refund me when the return was processed - which took a long time due to an error on the sellers behalf not Klarna. Other than this I find their service to be very good and reliable but would like to see some improvement customer care wise. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
