My account got hacked on 14th February & after numerous emails I've still not had any response! I'm now getting 5 late payment fees on my account a week!! My bank has blocked my card & logged fraud! Its a absolute disgrace not being able to get in contact with laybuy about this!! I will be closing my account if & when this gets sorted & will never use them again!! Reviewed on: 8th March 2024

Fraud on account, keep trying to take payments from blocked bank card and now incurring late payment fees and my credit report has dropped 106 points because of it, no reply to multiple emails and chats Reviewed on: 28th February 2024

If I could give no stars I would, Laybuy are yet to respond to my emails. I have read loads of over reviews from customers reporting the same issue. Customer service no such thing with this company It’s been over a month, I’ve had a duplicate order been added to my schedule which I’ve reported, I’ve not heard a thing not even a curtesy email. After a big data breach I contacted Laybuy to let them know my account had been hacked and there was a large order on my account. Since then they have ignored all my attempts to contact them.
