Awful company.

Been hacked, no support from customer services. Over £500! Had to get bank involved. Wonder how they keep getting hacked. Laybuy employers must love spending our money. AVOID Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

Avoid avoid avoid

Account has been hacked and laybuy do nothing but blame the customer gor their hack and all the while money goes out my bank to laybuy seems dodgy to me when they dont do a thing despite requests for closure of account and stop transactions Reviewed on: 27th December 2022

Excellent.

I love this company, I find shopping a lot easier when you can pay in installments. I got suspended for security issues, but, it was all sorted, by the friendly staff, so if you do have a problem make sure to contact them and communicate by email. Reviewed on: 15th December 2022

Easy and no issues

Lots of places to use Laybuy. Quick and easy. Their app is easy to use with built in high Street stores. Reasonable credit limit. Would recommend Reviewed on: 18th July 2022

Laybuy is awesome

Laybuy is awesome, it gives me chance to make a payment over several weeks a little bit at a time, so I can just get on with things, I have used them several times now and have had no problems whatsoever. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Great service

This company is the beat buy now pay later company I’ve ever come across. With bad credit I don’t get accepted for Klarna or anything and this company within 24 hour accepted me for £380 of credit to use online and has now increased to £440. They don’t bombard you or anything they just send you reminders. It is brilliant. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
