A new customer account.

Initially went into the Derby Branch to open a savings account. I have never used this building society but I am glad I did. While only a small building the staff were friendly & chatty not just about savings. The lady said I could do my banking online, but it was nice when people popped in. I thought that was a nice touch. Keep the good customer service up, it didn't go unnoticed.... Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

It would be helpful if your opening hours were extended beyond 2pm - even to 3pm would help, Monday to Fridays. Also make hard copies available for older customers. Reviewed on: 31st January 2025
