Came into branch without an appointment to sort an ISA.

Came into branch without an appointment to sort an ISA. Rebecca saw me to save coming back into branch and gave a fantastic service. Happy with the information and the way that she explained everything. She also offered to help with my next years subs which means I don't have to travel back to branch in the new tax year!
