We love that the Leek provides local direct contact with staff when needed. It is very refreshing to see the “face” of a building society and have real, professional, polite and friendly people answer the occasional query we have. To us this shows the Leeks commitment to real customer service, commitment to us and commitment to the product they offer. Wonderful staff

Staff are always helpful, polite and professional. Information is forthcoming and explained well. I particularly like that pass books are still used in addition to online banking and I have recently moved savings accounts into Keek BS.
