I’ve been trying to open a new account on the maturity of another. Sent my bank details in . Getting nowhere. Spoke to rather sulky girl on phone and did what she said but still no progress. Why am I bothering Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Poor rates, poor service.

Poor rates, poor service. Lack of operatives to take calls in business hours. This society appears to live in a self congratulatory bubble. They need to understand they are not special, not good and start with the basics. Anything else is akin to narcissism. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Leek Derby Street

I can not fault the team at leek derby street branch today. They were so attentive and supportive whilst dealing with my family bereavement. They made a very difficult time a lot easier and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled in the correct way.
