Review of the Leek Building Society, Savings:

A new customer account.

Initially went into the Derby Branch to open a savings account. I have never used this building society but I am glad I did. While only a small building the staff were friendly & chatty not just about savings. The lady said I could do my banking online, but it was nice when people popped in. I thought that was a nice touch. Keep the good customer service up, it didn't go unnoticed.... Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

Their communication is excellent, very friendly customer service, never hesitates to answer any questions or queries you may have, they have excellent and in dept knowledge of their products, offer a hot drink whilst you have your meeting with them and you feel like your money will be in safe hands and feel safe yourself Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Good rates for regular saving.

Good rates for regular savings accounts. Also, flexible amounts can be saved each month. Customer service always responds promptly to my questions, and I have never had cause to complain. I like the on-line facility. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
