Life with no worries

Setting up my life insurance with Legal and General has been the smoothest experience, when I thought it would have been something much more difficult and time consuming. As my pension is already set up with them, I gave them a call to enquire about their life insurance products and had spoken to a very helpful member of their team who explained everything to me, and I was happy to proceed. They are very clear in what is included and what the terms of the policy are, and the documents are sent to you in a very timely manner. I have set up my life insurance with them about 5 months ago, and have had no issues at all. I would highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Making complex simple

A straight forward company that does what it says

I have had multiple different insurances with legal and general over the years including life insurance, critical illness and I have a pension with them. The customer account dashboard makes it easy to see and manage all products that are held with them, and although I haven't had to claim for anything, the range of illnesses covered it great, the premium is fair and communication when required has been easy. Great price and very easy to obtain quote

Very easy to both generate the quote and adjust this to suit my needs. Overall price provided was excellent and I feel reassured by having this cover in place. I was able to obtain more cover for a better price than elsewhere. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Straightforward but a little behind the times

I've had life insurance with L&G since 2013 when our first daughter was born. No events or drama but 10 years later I can't find any correspondence from them and it's difficult to register to take a look at my details. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
